Washington Redskins Tickets - McNabb Signing a Risky Play for the Redskins
Landing a player of Donovan McNabb's caliber is always going to bring about a significant amount of fanfare from any team, and for good reason. The Redskins immediately get better at a crucial position and could very well be the most improved team in the league next year. But with McNabb entering the twilight of his career, it's also a very risky maneuver, one that might bring about immediate dividends while costing plenty for the future.
To get McNabb, the Redskins gave up their second-round pick for this year's draft and another conditional pick in 2011, which will be either a third-round or a fourth-round pick depending on how well McNabb plays. Because the Redskins were one of the worst teams in the league a year ago, the second-round pick is the 37th overall selection in the draft. For the Eagles, the picks will help them significantly as they try to bolster their roster after the departures of Brian Westbrook and McNabb. For a team like the Redskins that also has plenty of holes to fill following a 4-12 regular season in 2009, the move will make it significantly harder to build through the draft in the next couple of seasons.
More importantly, however, is that acquiring McNabb also doesn't guarantee that the Redskins are going to be an immediate contender. With a roster that won just four games a season ago, McNabb could maybe help them double their win total, which would still not bring them back to the playoffs. In arguably the best overall division in football, the Redskins are still likely to be the fourth best team, even if McNabb has another solid season behind center. As the Eagles build toward the future by getting younger and cheaper at key positions, the Redskins are heading the other direction.
Because of the state of the division, it would have made much more sense for a team that was a quarterback away from contention to land McNabb as opposed to the Redskins, who still look to be a sub.500 team. True, McNabb did have another good season in 2009, but he also did so with a bevy of talented players who emerged as potential stars in the league. In Philly, wide receiver DeSean Jackson is one of the most electric players in the entire league and tight end Brent Celek is just starting to establish himself as a premier tight end.
Running back LeSean McCoy also looks to be solid replacement for Westbrook and will have an even bigger role in the offense in 2010. In Washington, Clinton Portis is a shell of his former self and Santana Moss is not the big play threat that the Redskins hoped that he would be. McNabb will have to produce without much of a supporting squad, which, to be fair, is something he has been able to do for much of his career.
The move does have a couple of intriguing angles, though, particularly for the future of quarterback Jason Campbell. Though Campbell has plenty of talent, he has struggled to take the next step as a starting quarterback. It hasn't helped that the Redskins have failed to provide him with adequate weapons on offense, but his development has been considerably slower than Washington had hoped. The Redskins will almost certainly look to deal Campbell near the draft, likely looking to replace some of the draft picks that they lost in obtaining McNabb. But even if the Redskins do manage to sign McNabb to an extension, which is something they were working on as of April 5th, it's hard to imagine him playing at the same level he did for a significantly more talented Eagles squad.
In the end, McNabb will certainly help sell Washington Redskins tickets, as they are immediately more competitive. In a league where you need to have a quarterback to be successful, the Redskins at least have a bona fide starter in McNabb for the first time in quite a while, though they still lack the overall depth and talent to make a push towards a title. With it unclear how long McNabb has left as a top-tier quarterback, the Redskins need to make some more moves very soon to give him a chance at success. With a 33-year-old quarterback with a history of injuries, the clock is now ticking for the Redskins.

Miami Dolphins Do you see the Miami Dolphins winning at least one game during the 2007 season? Why or why not?
The Miami Dolphins have not won one game this season and they have a record of 0-13. With three games left, do you see them winning at least one game against the Baltimore Ravens, New England Patriots, and the Cincinnati Bengals. Why or why not?
I am a Dolphin fan for life. Through the good years and the bad ones. And this is definitely a bad one. I don't think they'll win one. But I don't think that makes them the worst team ever. Statistically, maybe. But America needs to look closer. They lost over half of their games by only 3 points or less. That's one field goal. They could easily be a .500 club or better. They lost their starting QB, starting RB, starting MLB, with a new head coach. And they still managed to have kept over half of their games close. For nastalgic purposes, I would love to see them summon one great game to defeat the team that is threating their old record of perfection. Probably won't happen, but I can dream can't I?
New York Jets vs. Miami Dolphins Week 5 MNF 2009 10/12/09
The Miami Dolphins are lucky enough to have their very own training facility. This is just right for a team who was able to get a perfect season in 1972. The training facility for the Dolphins is located in the main campus of the Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. It is also the headquarter location for the Dolphins and is also used for a multitude of other events.
This state-of-the-art training facility features an exquisite architecture which reminds people of classic athletic facilities sporting the same design. The facility boasts of bowing trusses and has on of the largest weight rooms in the NFL. It also has training and locker rooms, whirlpools, therapy swimming pools, cold plunge pool, administrative offices, and of course, a practice field. Further, it has a bleacher building which accommodates 2000 visitors. The facility has an area of 5,200 square meters and is also used by other pro football teams.
An indoor training field known as "The Bubble" is also one venue of training for the Miami Dolphins. It is a 8,790 square meter indoor facility that covers the 2.2 acres on the west side of the main building. This indoor facility is an air-supported structure. The said structure was made and installed by the Air Structures American Technologies Incorporated but was constructed by the Stiles Construction. The football field inside the training facility is made out of synthetic turf composed of 75% rubber and 25% sand thereby providing a firm-playing surface. The markings found on the Dolphin Stadium game-day field is also replicated in this indoor facility. Loud crowd noise can also be simulated inside the bubble.
Before having this training facility, the Miami Dolphins trained at the St. Thomas University until 1993. Then in 2006, the indoor air-conditioned training field was added, which made the people of Miami, particularly the Dolphins proud of having such a useful and one-of-a-kind venue. The team admits that having such a training facility helps the team to feel as if they are playing in an actual field since the facility closely simulates actual games. Plus, an even better advantage is that the team can continue to practice even when the storms roll in.
The Bubble uses an extremely light yet sturdy fabric. It is inflated via the fans in the HVAC units and is controlled by an integrated control system. It was also designed to withstand the forces of hurricane winds up to category three. To achieve this, the internal air pressure is increased to stiffen the structure to withstand the external wind loads. The Dolphins do not really own the Bubble, it was just leased out to them by Jerome Harriot.
The Miami Dolphins training facility was the venue used by the 2006 AFC Champions, the Indianapolis Colts, to prepare for the Super Bowl XLI. For a team who has really excellent training grounds, the Miami Dolphins have a lot of pressure in their performance. People expect a lot from a team who is given the best of everything and so far, the Dolphins has been giving an average performance.

Chicago Bears Will Donovan McNabb be traded to the Chicago Bears?
He is from Chicago, and he can really help the Bears if he can stay healthy.
I actually thought the same thing. He would improve the Bears but not that much. He gets injured too much. McNabb in philly isn't the problem. it's his heath. He will never be the same McNabb he was 5 years ago no matter where he goes. But I do think he would be an asset to the Bears, I just don't think McNabb would go far because of injury.
Will the Chicago Bears step up to the challenge or will they choke?
Do the Chicago Bears have the fortitude to kick it into high gear and win it all?
YES and heres why. there offense is capable of 21 + points a game . There defense may not be as overal good as earlyer but they make turnovers. they have one of the best kickers in the game with robbie gould and the best returner who always has a chance to take it back devin hester. They will win this game easily if the defense makes turnovers, and offense capitalizes.
there are quite a few sites you can buy them from. if the game isn't sold out, go to ticketmaster. if the game is sold out, or if you want really good seats, try some of the secondary ticket sites. go here and you will be able to compare prices at ALL the websites that sell sports tickets from one location:
