Clear Bowling Balls When studying Cosmology, at what point do you have to come to a supernatural conclusion?
One, I want to clear up a misconception that most Theists have. The Big Bang isn't an explosion. Rather, it was the rapid exspansion of matter that was once compacted in a singularity. Secondly, no Atheist believes something just popped up from nothing. Because of the Laws of Conservation of Matter and Energy and the Law of Casualty, we conclude that Energy and Matter always existed. Your "common sense" may say Matter and Energy can't always have existed. But take this for example. If you stand on a completely flat surface and hold a bowling ball and a gun up at the same height and shoot the gun and drop the ball at the same time, which will hit the ground first? "Common sense" will say the bowling but because of our laws of gravity, they'll hit the ground at the same time. So when you "common sense" conflicts with the Law of Conservation of Energy and Matter, stick with the Law.
Laws of Conservation of Matter and Energy, yes a conclusion can be made that matter has always existed. You can't prove that because you currently can't go beyond the big bang.
The law of casualty states that if you are killed in armed conflict, you are a casualty(don't understand the relevance).Causality is not a law but a logic parameter which in what way proves that matter and energy has always existed?
But why was the universe in that state as singularity. Are you truly suggesting that in an endless universe matter found each other randomly and congealed? The big crunch is far ,far from proven empirically and in my opinion will be debunked. Also it can't be shown that the heat and light released during the big bang could be retrieve by a collapsing universe. So subsequent big bang would have less energy than before. And as you say the universe is eternal there can't be eternal subsequent big bangs.
The point is you can't prove the universe ever-existing. And saying that god put it there is not conflicting with any law and the cause of the universe can absolutely believed to be god.
Your example is wrong if you fire a gun the gun will have a velocity in other direction than the ground, backwards, ever heard of recoil. Also that's only true in a vacuum (if you just drop the gun),air resistance will cause either the ball or the gun to land first.
Next time i go bowling, if i ever get a split at any pin number, should i use 2 balls in 1 frame to pick up a spear or i going break the machine or what so ever?
It is never proper nor recommended to throw two balls down a single lane. Develop your technique to aim the ball at the highest probability of pickup. For a more difficult shot like the big four, open church, the 4,6 etc, you are most likely not going to pick it up, so get the highest pin count you can.
What if Isaac Newton used a bowling ball vs a wiffle ball?
It was not Isaac Newton who performed those experiments from the Leaning Tower of Piza. It was Galileo Galilei.
The speed at which an object falls does so by the formula S=½GT² The acceleration due to gravity is 32
feet per second². The speed depends on gravity which is a constant and the time that it took to fall squared.
He did those experiments with the effect of our own atmosphere. ALL objects fall to the earth at exactly the same speed whether they be a balling ball, a feather, a wiffle ball or whatever. An experiment was tried where a person shot a rifle and another bullet was set up to fall to the earth at the instant the rifle bullet left the rifle, and even that took the same amount of time. The earth's gravity pulled one down straight to the ground and the fired bullet had an arc that it had to travel (trajectory) to follow before hitting the earth, and they were exactly the same. For very small objects like a bullet made of lead, it works out the same. Larger objects have more air to displace so the times are different plus the whiffle ball has openings in it for the wind to get into which slows it down.
If Galileo had done this experiment in a vacuum, the gravity would still use that formula mentioned above. The other formula that people use does not take gravity into account and that is Velocity Equals Acceleration Times Time or V=AT, but that formula is not accurate for the falling balls because of leaving out gravity in it.
So, the answer is NO. a bowling ball and a whiffle ball would NOT hit the ground at the same time due to the experiment not being done in a vacuum.
Clear Bowling Balls How much would it cost to customize a bowling ball?
Me and my friends have recently been really into bowling. For the longest time I never touched a bowling ball nor even thought of wanting to. But once my boyfriend finally convinced me to just try it I discovered I'm not all that bad. With a little practice I could be quite good.
But here's the problem. I'm tiny and very weak. I had difficulty even with the 6lb balls. So I was wondering how much it would cost me to get a 4lb ball.
Wait! Not finished, I also want it to be unique to who I am as well. I want my ball to be clear with a silver skull in the middle but also with neon paint splatters through out the ball on the inside.
If anyone could help me out with prices or something that would be awesome!
Thank you ;D
A link to sites where prices can be found and compared would be awesome as well.
It's very cheap, glue some seashells all over the ball.

People love bulk candy and there are several time-tested ways for a candy seller to get it out of the bins and into people's homes. So how can you make wholesale bulk candy work for your establishment? Here are some tips to help your business benefit by selling these popular bulk treats.
Offer a variety. A candy seller won't go wrong with old bulk candy favorites, things like M&Ms, malted milk balls, and gummi bears. But have some newer candies too, like Reese's Pieces, gummi worms, and Jordan Almonds. Have sugar free treats for your diabetic customers.
Keep the candy covered. A lot of people are turned off by bulk candy because they're afraid of airborne germs, children's hands, and things going stale. Buying bins with hinged lids, though, will stave off some of those concerns. Hinged bins close automatically, and they also make it harder for someone to sneak out of the store with a handful of candy in their front pocket.
Acrylic bins make the candy easier for the customer to see. Forget glass; acrylic and plastic bins are where it's at. They're easier to clean, easier to maintain, and don't break easily. Even better, acrylic and plastic bins are see-through, making it possible for your customers to get a better look at the delicious treats within. From bulk chocolates to bulk Jelly Bellys and bulk gummi candies, customer can see everything your selling when you put it in an acrylic bin.
Kids are customers too! Don't forget that kids are the best (and most vocal) customers you have. Avoid fixtures that only adults can use. Tongs and scoops shouldn't be too awkward for children, and sacks should open easily. Kids love tasty wholesale bulk candy and a candy seller who makes kids feel welcome will have customers for life.
Use color to sell. There are lots of attractive ways to display your bulk candy, but here's a good one: by color. Arrange bins like a rainbow, with red hots on the left, sugared orange slices next, through to purple and violet M&Ms. Or consider seasonal displays, like bins of red, white, and blue for July Fourth, or team colors during the Super Bowl. Remember that part of the allure of retail bulk candy is the overall impression the display makes. When you're arranging candy bins, put some thought into the visual impression your display will make.
Don't forget that when it comes to selling candy in bulk, your best bet is to offer many choices and a variety of taste sensations, all attractively displayed. There are many candy wholesale options; you should be able to offer your customers a wide variety of delicious choices.
