I'm looking for a really hot pink color oil paint. I know its hard to mix, but I'm willing to buy more paint. Does hot pink oil paint exist? And if so what is it called. I have a Dick Blick nearby, so anything sold there would be excellent.
Look at these paints
First quite expensive, hard to source, Michael Harding's Brilliant Pink
scroll down the page and you'll see it.

Or Cheaper easier to find Lukas Studio Oil Paint Magenta (Primary) Sometimes just called Primary Red. Mix this with an expensive artist quality Titanium white, a little white at a time. You can also try adding a little bright lemon type cadmium yellow, if you can find a very bright tone this can lift your mix a little. If you cannot find a good enough quality of yellow it'll just make the mix orange. When mixing this up err on the side of caution, as you can waste alot of colour with this sort of mixing.

You'll increase the impact of this by painting over the most brilliant white base you can. I'd suggest two thinnish coats
Bowling Ball Art How is the art of leg spin art hard to execute?
Everyone seems to be saying "leg spin is a very difficult art to execute" and yet i seem to bowl like a test cricketer. I drift the ball a long way, a very long way and i turn the ball ultimately well, i can do the googly and the flipper easily with no struggles. I have never played for a cricket club in my life and people often tell me "you should play for a club, man", some even thought i played for a club with the skill i have in my deliveries.
How is it hard? I don't even play for my school and for a club and yet people from those standards keep asking me "how do you do it?"
It's been playing on my mind, so i had to ask. No criticism please, i just want opinions.
Anyone can spin a ball. Your question is bit like saying "how is it hard to put a football in a net". Try spining the ball against a quality batsman, then you'll see just how difficult it is to take wickets.

Bowling Ball Art what is the art in throwing cricket ball like a granite stone at the face of batter?
Right from days of body line bowling cricket has become a rough game i.e.a man's game. In India people treated cricket, the classical cricket of a century ago,as more of an art and it has quite entered people's blood. The bowler, clad in spotless white, turning the fully stretched right hand holding cricket ball round and round in vertical circles and coming running majestically from a distance to bowl it was always a sight to see.The way of the spinner walking a few paces to bowl is unartistic enough. But the style of throwing the ball very much like stone missile in the modern version is quite unattractive. But days are changed. Now cricket is a industry and TV audiences are an important part of it.Be rough and aggressive and you will win, that is the rule accepted by all and audiences too fully support such a rule. The 20/20 is growing very popular as the busy modern man has not much time to spare for cricket even on he holiday.
Sportsmanship and pride used to be prevalent in the days of old , whereby nowadays its all down to finance, where winning is everything and there's no place for losers or Gentlemen, with the odd exception still thankfully.
Barbie Doll How do you make a barbie cake with the doll standing in the middle?
My daughter wants a barbie cake 1 of the 1's where the barbie doll is in the middle and the cake is her dress. Any1 know how to make and decorate this type of cake the easiest yet best way? I want it to look great! lol Thanks
You use doll picks http://www.wilton.com/store/site/product.cfm?id=3E315E4C-475A-BAC0-5059BF3705C4FCCC&fid=3E331BDA-475A-BAC0-500B08E66D3079B8 , not a real Barbie. And bake the cake in a "skirt" pan, either available at cake deco supply places (craft stores, WM, etc.) or a pyrex mixing bowl that is oven-proof.
Bowling Ball House how do i choose a bowling ball?
I started bowling in a league recently and I really enjoy myself. However I am tired of using a house ball and would like to purchase my own ball. How do I select a ball that is middle of the road and suited for all lanes and conditions. I know the weight I want just not sure what type of ball to select.
Bowling balls come in many colors, prices.
I personally use a 15lb ball since you do not need a 16lb ball,it won't knock down more pins, only being accurate will do that.
Find a good pro shop perferably in the place you bowl at.
Not all balls will work the same way when thrown.
How you roll the ball plays a big parts in how it will be drilled,do you hook it alot(not the best method).
Do you want finger tip or conventional?
Finger tip normally goes to the first line on your two middle fingers and offers more control,
Conventional goes to the second line (or deeper )into the ball and offers less control.
Do you want rubber finger inserts, that will help you get lift on the ball for better rotation along with hand control.
Find out if the lane oil (conditioner) is heavy, medium or light,if the "shot" you normally bowl on is heavy you want a ball that hooks more (or can grab better),less oil and you'd want a ball that goes longer.
I have found that most people like a ball with a medium hook (arc) on the backend of the lane.
I play the power stroker shot,up the 5th board (up to the 8th) from the right side and the ball rolls long with a very nice backend hook into the pocket area,i have averaged 220 for over 4 years doing that but i can swing the ball if i bowl at a place with heavy oil.
To bowl with a big hook is not a good idea since consistant control of hitting your mark is a big key to solid scores.
Speed and alot of it will not help scores go up...accuracy will.
Don't get a plastic ball,it will do very little for you.
Roto Grip,Storm offer great balls that can do the job for you.I am not an ebonite fan...just not the same quality they had a long time ago and stay away from anything amf.
There is NO one ball for all lanes conditions,i have 2 and do very well with what i have but i can change how i roll the ball for the lane pattern put out.I use polished balls for medium lanes but can adjust for how other centers oil the lanes.
I know..alot of reading but...ASK the local pro shop...
What are the lanes like?Heavy, medium, dry and choose from that for a ball.
Grip...finger grip is good but you need to get used to it.
You should spend about $80.00 to $120.00 for a good ball without drilling etc.Pro shops prices vary alot!
You can even get a ball online after you find out what type of ball to get then have it drilled at a pro shop if you want to do that.
Good luck to you and have fun bowling.
Why do the fingerholes in a bowling ball crack after the have been fixed and replaced?
bought a house ball got it fixed fingers craked.
If it was fixed well, they shouldn't crack at all.
Honestly, I'd just buy a new ball. House balls are made of plastic and new plastic bowling balls aren't that expensive. You can find one starting around $35-40 and up. Any decent pro-shop owner will drill the ball for free if the ball was purchased there.
A house ball has seen a lot of miles and a lot of wear and tear. They're not really good quality to begin with. Then you get jock-y show off guys picking up a 10 lb ball and throwing it down the lane a hundred miles an hour.....because they think it makes them cool. (Or something) Point being, house bowling balls aren't in that good of shape.
Another problem could be weather. Have you left your bowling ball in your car? You should never do this. They will crack if exposed to extreme heat or cold. Always keep it in your house when you're home. Never leave it in the trunk for extended periods.
