For anyone experianced in nondiabetic hypoglycemia?

I crashed last night... big time... I didn't quite pass out- but my whole body went limp and I was drenched in sweat and my blood pressure went up to 160/90. My blood sugar measured in at 35. It took a tube of glucose gel to bring me around to 86.. thne 10 minutes later I was back at 57. After this it took a bagel with peanut butter gatoraide and a protein bar to bring me up to 101. This happened around 7- I ate mancotti with tomato sauce and grapes at 4:30. I'm not diabetic. I'm a self-diagnosed reactive hypoglycemia(because none of my doctors believe me- the gtt they gave me was "normal") I had the choice of going to the hospital last night- the paramedics wanted me to... but I refused... should I have gone? Would they have given me a diagnosis at last? Why does my body do this? What should I eat to ensure this doesnt happen again? I know more protein less carbs...but what are numbers- how much protein per meal and how many carbs? Please??

Two years ago, I became Diabetic type 1.
Before I became Diabetic, I had this medical condition called Hyperinsulism, it is also like Hypoglycaemia..
I had too much insulin inside my body, so I had to eat every 2 hours. My body did the exact same thing like yours is now doing, so I would check with the doctor and explain this problem. But be aware, I went through 8 doctors and they ALL misdiagnosed me as being Epilepsy, having a behaviour problem, etc. I don't know your range of BSL (Blood Sugar Level) because I live in the UK, so it must be different, but when I was on a fasting at the hospital, the first time round I succeeded with no symptoms of anything. However, the second time I did a fasting, I had a HUGE seizure, lucky that the hospital knew what my body was doing while I was having this.
My pancreas produced about 22 units of insulin by its self, then my BSL reached down to about 1.2... When I went to the hospital, my GTT came back as normal. I had this for 4 years.
And I'm supposed to be the first one in the world to be diagnosed with Diabetes type 1 from being hypoglycemic/hyperinsulism. I had 50x more insulisn being produced by my pancreas! Don't go on any drugs for epilepsy or something, if you want the email of the professor, who was the first to understand through 8 doctors, contact me :)
