Novelty Sign Parking Booted for parking and leaving the premises to alternate store?
Chicago - I was parked in the parking lot of Dunkin' Donuts by Clark & Belmont. The signs said you park there if you go to any of the affiliates of the Alley stores. The Alley store was closed and we decided to go to Novelties & Stuff next door for not even 10 minutes. I came out and my car was booted because I went to a store that was not associated with the Alley. I need to know if there is any way I can get out of this, PLEASE! For God's sake there was only 12 parking spots and 4 occupied, how on earth was a I preventing service to any other stores? Help please ASAP, I want to appeal this ASAP. Thanks a million.
hm..either they have a lot of problems around there for people doing that or maybe you've done this before and gotten warnings? usually they give parking warnings before they boot....but if you got a boot there really is not way for you to fight it sorry...gotta love chicago having no where ever to park!
