Calculate Bowling Ball Speed

need physics help plzz help?
Assume an 8-kg bowling ball moving at 2 m/s bounces off a spring at the same speed that it had been bouncing.
1.)What is its momentum recoil?
2.)What is its change in temperature?
3.)If the interaction with the spring occurs in 0.5 s, calculate the average force the spring exerts on it.
The ball momentum is p = m*v + I*ω
I = (2/5)*m*r² and ω = v/r
p = m*v + (2/5)*m*r*v = m*v*(1 + 2*r/5)
∆p is twice this of 2*m*v*(1 + 2*r/5)
There is no change in energy so there is no temperature change
From the impulse equation Fav*t = ∆p,
Fav = 2*m*v*(1 + 2*r/5)/t

Physics homework (20 characters)?
Calculate the kinetic energy of a 160g cricket ball that is moving 15m/s?
At what speed is a 420g soccer ball traveling if it has a kinetic energy of 22 J?
Which has the greater kinetic energy: a 6kg bowling ball travelling at 5m/s or a 160g cricket ball travelling at 15m/s?
1)0.16.25^2/2
2)0.42.v^2/2=22 solve for v
3)compare 1 and 6.5^2/2
