How To Buy A Bowling Ball
Where do I go to buy a bowling ball in the Alicante region in Spain?
It's my husbands birthday soon and I want to get him a bowling ball made but we have not lived in Alicante for long and I'm not sure where to go.
I would try El Corte Ingles in Alicante, they have a massive sports section and if they cannot supply, they should be able to tell you where to try. Don;t forget though, a bowling ball needs to be made to fit the user, they are not off the shelf items as the holes are drilled to fit the persons grip

Place to buy bowling ball in NYC?
I am looking to buy a bowling ball in person in New York City. It is a gift and as I don't know anything about bowling balls, I'd like to see the equipment and speak to someone in person to figure out what is best. (In other words, would rather not order online if possible...) Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
You can go to most bowling alley's and ask the Pro in the Pro Shop. First, I'd do a search online for bowling alley's in your area, then call to see if they have a Pro Shop. You can buy a ball, then have the person you bought if for go to the Pro Shop to have it drilled. But, if this person is a serious bowler, they may rather pick the ball themselves.
