Bowling help.....?

My wife just bought me a Brunswick Fury for my B-day,,, I love to bowl,, but it was just a hobby type thing... Ok now what with this ball,, I have to have it drilled.. I know they fit you and all.. anything I should know about it,, I mean she did buy this good ball for me and I want to take full on this and really learn,,, I was a straight ball before,, But since this ball,, I wanna learn how to hook... does the ball have to be drilled different,,, I am left handed.. From what i have read its a good ball... Thanks!!!

When you go to a bowling alley, they'll be able to help you with all your questions, including lessons. Maybe you could read a book on bowling, to get an idea of what they'll be talking about. I suggest, if you want to be able to put a lot of spin on the ball, to hook it, ask for more palm space, that's what really helps that ball curl.
