Bowling Ball Newest What bowling ball would you recommend?
i have just started my bowling career and have been using my dad's old ball. i got my average up to about 190 and want to upgrade to a newer ball. my average speed is about 16-17 mph with a 14 lb ball and have a medium hook. Any recommendations for bowling balls for me?
I would try a Brunswick bowling ball. I've bowled with that brand for over 25 years and every single type of model I've used from them, have helped me keep my average above 210 for that period of time.
For someone with an average speed of 16-17, their "Inferno" line would work best. I have a red pin (lower performance and reaction) Radical Inferno for spares and the PBA Inferno for my first shots. Also, you may want to consider their "Groove" line or "Target Zones" for spares, and bump it up to the BVP (Brunswick Value Performance) line, for lower priced performance bowling balls, then up to the Zone Asymmetric performance line. Their top high performance lines are the new Fury and Infernos.

Over the years, inventors and physical training experts have developed all sorts of exercise routines and gadgets in an attempt to get people become more interested in improving their body. Some worked and some didn't, but none seemed to have enough lasting appeal to make a significant impact. None that is, until the Metal Powerball.
Just a few years ago, a revolutionary invention called the Powerball began to take over the world as the newest form of strength-training equipment. Quite different from the conventional weights, people took to the Powerball almost immediately because it is fun and so easy to use. All you had to do was hold it firmly in the palm of your hand, turn it on and let its spinning rotor work its wonders on your arm and wrist muscles.
A regular Powerball weighed no more than 13 ounces and can be carried around conveniently wherever you go. The Metal Powerball is just as compact and portable but it is considerably heavier. The added weight gave it more power and allowed for more powerful arm and wrist workouts.
A strong arm and wrist is essential for certain sports like bowling, rock-climbing or golf. If you play these games and are hoping for some improvement, then the Metal Powerball is definitely the gadget you should use. After just a few weeks of regularly using the Metal Powerball, you will already notice a marked improvement in your game.
Of course, you can also go to the gym and lift weights to strengthen your arms but none of these workouts will target your wrist like the Metal Powerball does. Furthermore, gym memberships can be very expensive, whereas with the Metal Powerball, you just need to make a one-time purchase and you can already enjoy all the benefits right from your own home.
If you are worried that you will get bored with using the Metal Powerball, then you are sorely mistaken. On the contrary, many consider the Metal Powerball to be one of the most fun and exciting exercise gadgets ever invented. For starters, it has a flashing LED light that adds to the excitement as you try to hold onto the Metal Powerball while it is pulsating like crazy in your hand. It also has a small monitor that tells you the speed that you have achieved after each round. You can use this score to keep track of your progress or to compete with your friends. Either way, it only goes to show that exercise is not only good for your body but it can actually be a lot of fun.
