I need help with a new kohler toilet..?
I have a new kohler toilet. I cant come up with the model name, but it has the new "stage 5"flush technology. The problem is that it's installed properly, and everything works, but it leaves like 3 inches of water in the tank. I called kohler, and they explained that it still puts the 1.6 liters of water through, but faster and through a bigger trap. I get that, but the lack of water in the tank is disgusting if theres anything more than a pebble in there. (sorry for the graphic explanation...just trying to get my point across) Anyway, theres no floating ball in the tank, and the chain has llike 4 links, so theres little room for adjustment. Any suggestions to get more water in the bowl (aside from holding the handle down for awhile)?
