This one looks like it is drilled for backend hook to my first glance, as the distance between the pin and the center of gravity appears to be between 3-4 inches. However, I can't pretend to be an expert on drillings, I just bowl a whole lot.
I generally let the pro-shop guys figure out all of that stuff.
Based on my experience, I would say the cover stock appears to lend itself to late break as well.
I am presuming that you hook the ball if you are in posession of it, however, if you throw this like a straight ball, I imagine its weight block itside would still create hook.
Hopefully this was helpful.

what would be best drill pattern to learn how to hook bowling ball?
All depends on the ball your using. If its a top of the line good hooking ball. One of the best is called leverage, Makes the ball skid then snap in the back end. Now if you want something that hooks more gradual you could go with axis weight. But one of my favorites is using axis with a 9 inch weight hole. But you have to be careful sometimes you will roll the ball over it and it will go thump thump down the lane. Not good to have it that way takes away the hook. So if your track is way out I would go with the 6 inch axis weight. Tell me what kind of ball your going with and I'll let you know whats best for that ball.
