Bowling Ball Cleaning
Dropped a bowling ball on my foot.... twice.?
By complete accident (I swear), I dropped a bowling ball on my right foot twice. I was cleaning shelves in my basement when I accidentally knocked it off. It hit my foot and it hurt a little bit but I didnt hear or feel a pop or anything. Then after putting the back back on its place, I knocked it off again. It hurt a little more but I figure that's just because I had already hurt my foot. It's not too painful to walk on. I do have to limp a little and walking up the stairs isn't the funnest thing. I can move everything. I doesn't hurt to wiggle my toes but moving my ankle causes some pain in the top of my foot. There is a little bruising a swelling but nothing massive. Also my toes are kinda blue. Any idea what I did. I've never really hurt myself before so I have no idea what's going on.
The blue in my toes has disappeared and there is no pain there.
Yeah, go see a doctor. You may have crushed an artery or vein and slowed the circulation of oxygen to your toes. You should stay off your foot for a few days, keep it raised, and take medication as prescribed by your doctor. Do not ignore this. Go to the doc now, so you can go home and rest. Also, store your bowling ball in a bag on the floor. Good luck.
