Bowling bag With Stand

Tell me how you think I'm doing... be honest. I'm 15 weeks pregnant and this is what I've eaten today....
This is a normal day these days. Breakfast: decent sized bowl of Total (the cereal with all the vitamins and folic acid, exc.) A banana, and a medium sized glass of Orange Juice. Snack: A pure protien bar (I dont eat much meat, so I have to get protien from these) and 1 1/2 cups of dried mango. 1 liter of water. Lunch: A bean and cheese burrido (spelling?) with added chicken and lettuce from Taco Bell, and a caffinee free small soda. Snack: a big bowl of raw spinich and broccolli with italian (fat free) derssing and a Gatorade. For dinner, I am having a big plate of whole wheat speghetti with garden veggie sauce and a salad. I will probably eat a bag of popcorn or a bowl of oatmeal later tonight. I'm 15 1/2 weeks and I've gained 6 pounds, putting me at 124. I'm still walking 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week, and my job requires me to stand up all day. Am I eating ok so far, and where do I need improvements. I'm open for any positive suggestions... thanks yall! : )
rough nutrient breakdown
calories 2800 (higher than average but you are active and gaining appropriate weight)
protein 115 (very high, should be about 60)
total carbs 450 (good)
fiber 22 (little low, should be 30)
total fat 57 (excellent)
I would recommend cutting a little protein out and adding some whole grain because your fiber is a little low (ie. exchange your protein bar with a whole wheat English muffin.)
I would try to add an extra 10 min with each one of your walks to get 30 min each (sorry time walking and standing at work doesn't count as exercise)
6 lbs is right on track for 15 weeks good job! you should gain .8 to 1.1lbs/week for the remainder of your pregnancy
also you are not drinking enough water, one liter is 33 oz you need to be drinking about 2x that in a day, you could replace your soda with water or just drink more between meals

Changing From Canned Dog Food To Bagged?
What is the best way to get my aging female pug-terrier dog to switch from Pedigree canned dog food to Beneful bag dog food?
I have tried feeding it to her like a treat, then placing it in her bowl, but she doesn't seem to understand. She just stands there and stares up at me.
First, you need to buy a better quality food for the dog. Beneful has little meat. It's all made up of grains (cheap fillers), uses animal fat, animal digest, artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. Its one of the worst foods out there. Find a food that doesn't have corn, wheat, soy, animal fat and digest. Your dog will be so much more healthier. Poop less, less visits to the vets, less chance of getting food allergies, beautiful skin and coat and you will feed less. Your dog gets the proper amount of nutrition.
Foods to stay away from: Science Diet, Iams, Beneful, Ol'Roy, Kibble N Bits, Pedigree, Purina, Eukanuba...and anything at the grocery store.
Foods to try: Wellness, Merrick, Wysong, Innova, Eagle Pack, DogsWell, Solid Gold, Taste of the Wild, Orijen, and much more.
For changing, I would slowly introduce the dry with the wet. Just have more wet with dry and every day just add in alittle bit more dry. Do that for a week. By the 6th or 7th day, she should be on full dry.
