i have a weird eating pattern/cycle? what can i do?


so i am 15, female, 5'6 and 123lbs (167cm, 66kg).

i eat a normal portion of breakfast (1 cup of milk, 2 eggs) and i go crazy at lunch for example today i had a bowl of pumpkin soup, a lot of savoury pancakes with a lot of cheese, and a lot of cookies (like, half a bag?). and now im really full for dinner so im just having a piece of fruit because i havent had fruit today.

basically my pattern is - little breakfast, no morning tea because im usually too full for morning tea, huuuge lunch (i cant help it, i have huge cravings at lunch) and tiny tiny dinner.

i used to not be able to eat breakfast (i feel rly sick,) but im getting better. also, i tried that 6 meals a day thing, it just doesnt work for my lifestyle really.

anything to trick my body into eating consistently?!

If it is not broken, don't fix it. Your eating cycle seems to be working well for you. The only change that might be better would be to eat like a King at breakfast, eat like a Princess at Lunch, and eat like a Pauper at dinner. Take care.

would you consider this as binging?


recently i have been letting myself go alot, and i cant get enough chocolate, even though ive broekn out in acne because of it. as my moods change so do my eating patterns. my binging last summer was alot more serious, and then i overcome it, but now im slipping back again. its nowhere near as bad but i still occasionally sit in the public toilets on my own and eat even if its just one little bicuit. today, i woke up and ate some fruit, then at work i had a cheese baguette, and an ice cream, and then i stole a chocolate bar from the kitchen, as well as sneaking one in my bag. then i got home, made some pasta and ate it quickly even though i wasnt hungry, then after that i had some bread and cheese, followed by a bowl of ceral and then had the urge and cravings to go to the shop and buy something sweet to scoff for later. i just cant stop myself sometimes, then other times im fine,

You need to figure out what is causing the binging... Then and only then can you start to work out the real reason you are doing this to yourself and begin to overcome it.
