Black Widow Venom
dog eating/touchning and already dead black widow?
Last nite I killed a dozen black widows in my yard with some poison spray. Many of them fell out of their webs onto the ground and died. I am worried my dog will go up to sniff them.
Can a black widow still deliver its venom if its already dead?
i dont know about the venom but since you sprayed them with poison they will make your dog sick! clean up the spiders! dont let your dog get to them!

Are the Brazilian Wandering Spider's venom "more" deadly than the Black Widow's?
I don't think so; it just has a lot more venom, AFAIK. Sydney funnel-web spider is also like that, and both are way more aggressive than black widows so are responsible for more bites. I have actually been bitten by a widow, and was simply quite sick for several days.
